how do mi pay for telehealth services and why is my cost $59 per month and not $39

  My monthly cost is 59 why was I not offered the $39.00 rate

  Hi Terence,

  The Essential Plan is $39/month and the Professional Plan is $59/month. By going to Settings > Subscription Information, you can switch between these two plans at anytime and also enable Telehealth. Telehealth is only available with the Professional Plan, therefore, if you plan to use Telehealth, you will need to have the $59/month Professional Plan.
