    i need to speak with a representative from simple practice.  I upgraded the system from 39.00 to 59.00 and I cannot use the new upgrade. I want to go back to the 39.00 fee. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone at simple practice. I want an answer.

    I am a LPC using Simple Practice and I am very unhappy with the customer service.  I have emailed multiple times with no response. Please call me back tomorrow morning, August 24th at 732-687-4318.

    Hi Deborah,

    I have looked through your Help Request history and can see that you have not emailed SimplePractice recently. My colleague Caleb has sent you two emails in regards to the Help Request I created for you and I can see that we have not received a response back from you. In order to respond back to him to receive help with downgrading your account, I recommend searching your email inbox for the most recent email which was sent on Friday at 3:16.

    Additionally, in order to downgrade your SimplePractice account from the Professional Plan to the Essential Plan, go to Settings > Subscription Information to complete this process.

    Please cancel my free trial to Simple Practice. The amount of emails and other things you've sent me is super irritating. What do I need to do?

    Hi Michelle,

    While I can't cancel your account for you, it's easy for you to export your data for your records and cancel your account.

    First, you'll want to export your data for your records.

    Next, you can cancel your account.

    • It just takes a minute. First, click here to head to your Account Billing Information page. From there, select Want to cancel your account? in the lower right corner of the page. Next, follow the instructions on the page to cancel your account. Once you've successfully completed the cancellation process, you'll be logged out of your account and be taken back to the login screen. After you fully delete your account, you will no longer have access to the account and the account data is deleted. We cannot recover this data for you.
