I have a service called late cancel fee, with the appropriate amount, and other services/charges with the appropriate amount. But, the invoice descriptions always show "professional services by CLINICIAN NAME".
I change the past appointment service from office visit to late fee, or whatever service, but when I create an invoice for that "late fee" services (which has a description of "late fee/no show fee") the description on the invoice ALWAYS says "professional services by CLINICIAN NAME". Why doesn't it keep the description of the actual service? We have to manually change the description every time.
