    I signed up for this service because I felt it was too hard to deal with the insurance company directly but this service is no easier.  Can you help me to cancel this before I get charged?

    I am very very busy and If I can't get a live person to explain this to me, this service will not help me.  I have tried several times to figure out how to submit my rejected claim and made all the changes with no luck.  I have no time, as my schedule is 10 hour working day and no time or energy to watch videos and read through things to get an answer.  I need to talk with a person who can walk me through this or cancel.  Please advise how to cancel.
