    I rechecked a persons zip code and it is correct but it is not being accepted by the billing section.  How do I resolve this?

    Hi Gregory,

    If the zip code listed in a client's billing section is not being approved by the client's insurance payer, you will need to ask the client to confirm this information with their insurance payer and make sure it is what they have on file. If you have already done this, then you can try contacting the insurance payer directly, but ultimately it will be approved if the client is enrolled correctly with their payer therefore there is a chance they are not accurately enrolled.
