Change service code on existing Superbills

    Hi Elizabeth,

    In order to edit an appointment on the client's Billing page you'll need to first delete the existing Superbill listed with that specific appointment. To give some context, after a Superbill is created any further Billing changes are no longer allowed, therefore we'll need to first delete the Superbill. To do this, click on the Superbill to open, then click the "trashcan" icon at the top right, and next click Delete now

    Then you can go to the client's Billing Overview page and choose the appointment you'd like to update the service code and click Edit:

    • Select the service type you want to change the appointment to in the dropdown.
    • Click Save

    Now you can create a new Superbill for the appointment to reflect the change you made.
