PAYMENT
AnsweredTrying to get in touch with the “Stripe” verification company and no one is returning my calls or answering the phone. I have been calling since last week because they said we had to do authorization so that I can get paid. It’s making me want to withdraw from Simple Practice and tell my friends to do the same. This is ridiculous!!!

I have looked in your account history and can see that you have not tried to contact SimplePractice other than the Help Request that you made within the last 15 minutes. It sounds like you were attempting to contact Stripe which is a credit card processor and has nothing to do with the verification process for SimplePractice accounts. Your account is currently being looked into by our Customer Success team in order for them to verify your Online Payments account. As soon as our team can confirm that your account is approved, they will respond via email.
Additionally, if you ever need assistance in the future with something related to Online Payments, please create a Help Request for SimplePractice instead of contacting Stripe as Stripe will not be able to assist you.

How long does it typically take? I was called by a team member on August 10th and they stated on the voicemail that they were from SIMPLE PRACTICE. So I don’t understand why they wouldn’t identify as being from Stripe if they are from Stripe. Her name was Romana would you like the number as well?!?
