Resource Library?

I would like to create a resource library of articles that I would send to my patients or their parents.  Is there a way to upload the documents and have them accessible to my entire practice to send to patients whenever they need, instead of uploading the document each time they want to send?

  They dont have one. They dont offer much of anything.

  Youll have to separately email the doc to ALL your staff, then they have to upload in their system and can possible print. Or you can upload to each providers page and they can attach in the client portal for the patient to print at home.

  I found if you go to settings and click on business documents, you can upload the article/info from your files.  I have to save it as a PDF, then upload to SP.  Then I forget anything is there bc I rarely use it.
