We have set up a duplicate chart as suggested using the "preferred name" option. This duplication is triggering negative outcome.
Client's information such as credit card data, evaluation, contact, etc are not copied to new chart resulting in difficulty billing and clients being skeptical about the need to enter their credit information under two different charts.
Clients are also unable to access both charts to access their information as their email is only allowing access to one condition.
What is the solution for these problems. I treat one client and multiple conditions, and need all information centralized for ease of access and billing for both my client, insurance companies and and my office.
