Hello, I'm wondering if there's a feature for alerting the clinician when a client's ROI is about to expire (at the default one-year mark), similarly to the option we have with Tx Plans? Or better yet, an auto-notification feature that will remind currently active clients directly to update their consent through the portal.

  Currently there is not a feature for alerting the clinician or client when a client's ROI is about to expire. We love feedback and ideas for ways to advance the platform, and we encourage you to add it to our Ideas and Suggestions board.
