I have a client who I submitted several claims for in the last month and all have been finalized. The claims state finalized/applied to the deductible. So, insurance paid $0. However, when I run the client's eligibility and benefits, it comes back showing her deductible was met in July. Do I resubmit the claim? Move client to self-pay? I am confused about the discrepancy between the claims and then the benefit summary.
