    Hi Diana,

    We’ve received confirmation that the connectivity issue some customers and clients were experiencing has been resolved.

    We know how much you rely on SimplePractice and how something like this can be very disruptive to you and your clients. Our third-party partner was working to restore reliable connectivity as quickly as possible. Additionally, due to the outage we were unable to respond to this forum until it was recently restored.

    I am also unable to see any client notes or reports. All I see is a message that "there are no items for ________ in the selected time period." Please advise.

    Hello, We have been having system errors for days now. Our practitioner's notes not saving, appts not saving  etc.. This is a real issue and not getting any help or assistance from Simple practice. WHat is going to be done ??
