Informed Consent Fee Changes
AnsweredI work with a group private practice/like setting (a collection of therapists utilizing Simple Practice). One of the clumsy features - unless there is a way to change it, is that only our office administrator can change the fee on an individual clinicians digital informed consent. So any time a clinician has a new intake, if they slide their fee they have to reach out our office administrator to make that change.
My understanding is that in order for individual clinicians to change their fee (if they are sliding their scale) they would have to have administrative access, which then gives them too much ability.
Is there a way to set this up to where clinicians can modify the fee on their informed consent without having broad administrative access. This would be helpful so that they wouldn't have to contact our office administrator every time they have a new intake where something needs to be changed (fee or session length).

Hi Joseph,
Currently the only people that can edit and create forms and documents are Account Owners and Clinicians with Administrative Access. No other clinicians have access to this feature therefore they will either need to keep contacting someone else to make these changes or they need to be granted Administrative Access.
