Document and note access for clinicians

I would like for clinicians in the practice to have access to all our notes and documents.  Even be able to edit and add.  However, it seems the only way to provide that access is to give them full access to all client information in the practice which, to me, is unnecessary and undesirable for several reasons.  What is a method to provide the access while limiting them to their own caseload?

  Even though he is getting direct help on this, it would be good for you guys to consider a a mid-level security role for people like this.

  ....and the direct help just confirmed the limitation.  So nothing has changed.

  I just asked a similar question.  I gave the employee full access but she still can not see my notes or reload them if she sees the patient.

  Hi Lechia,

  In order for the clinician to view notes for a client, they need to be assigned to the client to gain this access.
