    Hi,

    You can upload individual EOBs to clients' records (pdfs or scans).  Hit the "upload" button on the client's main record page.

    And/or you can store business documents at: Settings / Documents and Files / Business Documents .  This might be preferable for EOBs with multiple clients.

    Lastly, you can sign up for Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), and then the EOBs are automatically attached to all payments.  You can view or print any time.  Billing / Insurance / Payments / click on a payment / top right corner: Download EOB.

    To sign-up thru S/P (if available): Settings / Insurance / Enrollments / "Submit" under Payment Report Enrollment.

    I need to get in touch with an Insurance Specialist with Simple Practice.  We sent an enrollment back in May 2021 and have not been accepted.  We are receiving paper EOB's.  Please let me know who I can talk to so we can check the status of the enrollment.
