Trying to set appointments on the half hour only (9:30, 10:30, 11;30, etc.)

    Hi Kelly,

    In order to ensure that clients can only book on the half hour, go to Settings > Client Portal > set Clients can book appointments to On the half hour.

    Thank you but that setting also allows them to book on the hour as well. "Half-hour" means they can book at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, etc. I'm hoping to ONLY book on the half hour, meaning every appointment would have a "30" in the start time.

    Hi Kelly,

    Thank you for clarifying. Since there is no option for this within the Client Portal settings, you will need to make individual availability blocks that each start on the half hour. Then, within your Client Portal settings you would choose the According to service duration option so that clients then only see half hour appointments as its displayed within your availability calendar.

    This is definitely a quirk in the program. It's a simple fix with programming, but not available. Almost a deal-breaker for me.

    Came here to clarify for Simple Practice- we are asking for hour-long appointments that start on the half hour and not half-hour long appointments. And the "set to appointment duration" and setting individual one hour blocks of availability also does not help- clients can still book on the portal and see half hour increments. This is a major issue!
