    Hi Traci,

    • Go to the SimplePractice sign in page
    • Click Forgot password? 
    • Enter your Username and Email and click Reset Password
      • The username and email that you enter here must match exactly with what's in our records. If it matches, you'll receive an email from yourteam@simplepractice.com that allows you to reset your password. If it doesn't match, you won't be able to reset your password and you can try recovering your username instead. 
      • If you receive the Forgot your password? email, you'll be able to click a link that takes you to a page to create a new password. 
      • Enter your new password. You will not be able to move forward onto the next step unless you fulfill all of the password requirements listed below the Password field, and your password in the Retype password field matches. 
      • Click Call me with Security Code or Text me with Security Code when you're ready. 
        • A call or text will be sent to the phone number that you have on file with your SimplePractice account. If you're not receiving this call or text because you need to change the phone number that's tied to your account, please contact our team
      • A security code will be sent to the phone number on file. You can enter that in the Security Code field and then click Change Password
