    Hi Brooke,

    The error message that you are seeing will appear when a superbill is already created for the appointments you are trying to create one for. I recommend going to the client's Overview page > Billing Documents to find the superbill that was likely already created for the client.

    Ahh, okay, I am trying reprint it because the first one showed their bills as unpaid and now they have paid. Is there a way to redo it?

    Hi Brooke,

    Superbills cannot be edited once they are created therefore you will need to delete and then re-create it to reflect the changes.
