    I switched from a USPS PO Box to a UPS store PO Box that provides a physical address (suite address specifically) which has remedied the problem for me.

    You can go to Settings > My Practice > Locations and hide the physical locations from appearing in the Client Portal and on documentation. Next, you can go to Settings > Billing & Services > Insurance and edit the address listed!
