Sending a self pay to the new insurance

    Hi Donna,

    If you are not already enrolled in BCBS for claim filing, you will first need to do that before submitting claims. If you have already completed the enrollment process then you can go to the client's Overview page > Billing > New > Claim to create the claim for the appointment and then send it to BCBS for the client through SimplePractice.
