    Hi Carolyn,

    Currently there is no way to send invoice notification emails to both a client and contact, however, both people can view the invoice in their Client Portal. Whichever person is set as responsible for billing will receive the invoice notification email and can pay the invoice in their Client Portal and the other person can only view the invoice in their Client Portal. If both people have their credit card saved in the account then whomever is set as responsible for billing can alternate between which credit card is used for payments, or you as the clinician can do this on your end.
