Uploading driver's license

Can you please add prompt/space in insurance tab to upload drivers license? Its required by insurance companies and since there is no prompt- clients dont do that. I am having multiple conversations about this issue. Thanks!

    Yes we are supposed to be collecting photo id's to verify identity and it would be helpful to have this as an option in the demographic form like the insurance card.

    I agree. I would like Driver's Id to be uploaded in the demographic form. This would be very helpful.

    I am/my practice is needing this as an option in the client's/patient's records as well.  I would appreciate it in the demographic form like the insurance card upload.  We need this asap!

    Can we see this issue resolved?  It is necessary to have a prompt for client’s to upload their id or drivers license in order to confirm we are providing services to the correct individual.

    HEY, SIMPLE PRACTICE, Add driver's license upload to initial intake paperwork please. THIS IS LEGALLY REQUIRED BY INSURANCE COMPANIES AND ALSO BY MY STATE FOR TELEHEALTH SERVICES. Simple addition to make, please DO IT. Thanks!
