    Hi Ali,

    To delete a payment go to the client's Overview page > Billing > filter by Transactions > Edit next to the payment > Delete payment.

    Hi Sara,

    I have the same issue and there is nothing on Transactions, but it keeps showing as if the client paid. Please help and thanks.

    Hi Gabriela,

    I recommend expanding your date filter on the Transactions page in case the payment wasn't captured in the default date filter setting.
