    Hi Annie,

    I recommend checking your Sent Emails report to see if these emails are being delivered. If they are delivered, ask the client to search through their junk/spam folder and search the yourprovider@simplepractice.com email address. If the emails aren't being delivered, you will need to contact our Customer Success team so that they can remove the block on the client's email address. Click on the ? icon in your account > Get Help > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
