    Hi Jessica,

The Credit Card Information form can be sent multiple times even if it has already been filled out, however, clients can also add this information through their Client Portal. When a client has a bill to pay, they will go to the Billing section of their Client Portal, click Pay Now, and then add a new credit card form here. The client can then save this credit card so that they can use it for future payments and you will see it reflected in their profile.

How can I request a new card from a client? I have a new client who filled in paperwork but not the credit card and I am unable these days to re-send a request. First, PLEASE re-instate at least the old ability to re-send paperwork once. Second, please allow us to re-send paperwork more then twice. For now, please tell me  how to request credit card a second time from a new client as well as a new card for an existing client. Need to know ASAP for new client. It's an 18 year old who does not want to add parent for me to contact directly for payment, so want to make it as easy for them as possible.

Need the same advice.  Old credit cards cannot be updated.  Tried to share but not highlighted as info has already been shared once and filled in.

I have a client who has added 3 credit cards in the past that have expired over time. She is trying to add a new one now and the web site will not take it. Is there a limit? Is there a way of deleting old ones to make room for new ones?

Has this issue been resolved?  How can I resend credit card information document when patient needs to input new card?

Agreed I'm having the same problem. I have a client, their credit card says it's expired but it appears to still be working. They must have put the wrong expiration date? I'm not able to send her a link to update her credit card (it's greyed out). She does not know how to get into the client portal in order to update. Please help.

I’ve done a deep dive and have not found a way to resend the link for client to fill out new credit card info. What I have been able to do is get the information from the client and fill it in manually. It’s not super intuitive but I think under billing there’s a way to for clinicians to add a new card. Definitely not ideal but at least allowed me too put charges through.
