how can an existing client enter in a new credit card?

    Hi Jessica,

    The Credit Card Information form can be sent multiple times even if it has already been filled out, however, clients can also add this information through their Client Portal. When a client has a bill to pay, they will go to the Billing section of their Client Portal, click Pay Now, and then add a new credit card form here. The client can then save this credit card so that they can use it for future payments and you will see it reflected in their profile.
