    I see that you were able to create a Help Request to receive assistance with this since it will require our Customer Success team to look into your account.     Hi Maria,

    I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success Team can look into this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
