    Hi Kristina,

    I recommend clearing your cache and then logging out/logging back in to see if that resolves the issue. If there was an issue with the specific credit card you are trying to run, the card would process and then decline so it sounds like that is likely not the case. If clearing your cache does not solve the issue then I recommend creating a Help Request. Click on the ? icon in your account > Get Help > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.

    Why are credit cards not going through. It just freezes. I have shit down my computer and restarted even. I think this may be on Stripe’s side.
