Just received my PTAN number from Medicare, do I need to do anything to put the number on the insurance form when I submit a Medicare claim?  Please help

  Hi Anthony,

  You only need to include your PTAN on your enrollment and not on the claim itself. You’ll see the field for it when you go to submit the enrollment.
