I have a client who has a problem with audio. She can hear me but I cannot hear her. This has been an issue for two sessions. I have been using my cell to call her for sessions, but this is beginning to be a problem. The video is fine.... it is the audio that is a problem. He mic is on and she can't detect a problem on her end. She cannot get the app on her computer as it is an Apple app and not compatible with her computer.
