I have been using Apple AirPods during sessions for the last several months with no issue. As of the last week, I have been unable to use them. When I do, clients reports I am extremely muffled and sound "far away" even when their volume is at 100%. As soon as I disconnect the headphones and switch to my laptop speakers/microphone the issue is resolved.
So far I have tried:
Having client check their settings for sound, internet speed, increasing volume
Disconnecting and reconnecting
Refreshing the connection
Adjusted my input volume to 100%
Utilized the Pre-call test
The headphones worked for months so I'm not sure why they aren't working now. Using my laptop speakers/microphone is a temporary fix but I would prefer to use headphones again for better sound quality/background noise cancellation.
