    Hi Lois, I've created an email help request on your behalf so a member of our Technical Team can investigate your Telehealth call logs. To give you some context, we recently made updates to our app that requires participants to have at least an iOS 13, or Android 7 operating system. Since you seem to be experiencing this issue consistently with certain clients, I'd recommend having them update their device's operating system.
