I bought a new ipad air to use Simple Practice and have been using the ipad app for about a year. Now clients are having trouble connecting. I have re installed the app on my ipad several times and the problem continues to happen with certain clients. Clients have reinstalled the apps on their phones and the telehealth is still very variable. I also reinstalled the app on my phone which seems more reliable. Can you explain why this is happening. It is very disappointing and time consuming. I did several test trys from my ipad to my phone - it works on my devices, then doesn't work with clients. Please explain.
