Billing person access in simple practice

I hired a billing person recently and some of the features simple practice allows are a bit limiting.  I would like her to be able to message clients through the secure client portal about credit card updates, balances, credit cards declining, getting new insurance information etc.

  Hi Misty,

  The ability to message clients using our Secure Messaging feature is exclusive to the clinician role. There is not a non-clinical role at this time you can assign your Team Member that will grant them the ability to message with clients.
