I have an invoice that says paid however the client was not charged for the missed apt. What is the best practice for the invoice? Deleting it?

  Hi Erin,

  It is likely that a credit was already in the client's account that was applied to the invoice. If you don't plan on charging the client for this missed appointment, you could delete the invoice and this will then add the credit back to the client's profile.
