I have clients who are not tech savvy or do not have access to the portal. How can I obtain consent and HIPPA forms within this platform for in person clients?

  Hi Kenneth,

  One option would be to print out the forms and documents to have the client complete in person and then you can scan the forms again to upload them into the clients profile. Otherwise, the client can only have the forms completed and then automatically uploaded into their profile through the Client Portal.
