All my payments are either freezing at the point where you confirm payment, or it comes back insufficient funds. I doubt this is the case for all my clients. Help!

  I just tried a payment and it froze also. I have been using square and wanted to transition to stripe but only if it works. Are you getting any info back on this?

  I have been able to process the strip payment on my phone through the simple practice app if you have that you can collect that way until the problem is rectified. If the simple practice team is aware of the problem ?

  Hi there,

  We recommend clearing your cache and then logging out/logging back in or trying a different browser to add a payment.
