    The best (and seemingly only way) to get specific questions answered is to click on the question mark button. Type in your question and keep clicking that you need more help until it gives you an option to send an email. I have always been able to get the support that I need through sending emails. They usually respond within 24-hours. You need to set up an introductory meeting with Simple Practice to get your account set up properly. Billing clients and getting paid is very easy but you must have your account set up properly.
