    Hi Cynthia,

    To remove a clinician, navigate to Settings > Team Members and select the clinician. Then, click Delete at the bottom of the page. Please note that only the Account Owner can remove a clinician. For more detailed steps, see Adding and Managing Team Members.

    Please keep in mind that deleting a clinician does not delete their data, it only removes the clinician’s access to their SimplePractice account. Once a clinician has been deleted, their clients will automatically be assigned to the Account Owner. They can then be assigned to another clinician.
