Hello

I am transitioning from another EMR and I'd like to add in clinicians so I can input their schedules, etc for when we go live on 11/1. Would I have to pay for them starting now even though they aren't live until 11/1? This will allow me to demo the software, as well, while they transition to the new EMR

  Hi Jillian,

  You will be begin your billing period for the added clinicians in your account the moment that you have added them in to start inputting their schedules. Currently there is no way to demo the adding team member process, therefore, I recommend adding the clinician into your account as close to 11/1 as possible while having enough time to add in their schedules.
