Claim Sent Report vs Claims charged on Invoice

Has anyone else noticed discrepancies between the number of claims on the claim report vs the number of claims charged on your for each month? We reached out to SP and were told there was no report to show each claim submitted (or resubmitted/edited and resent) but our numbers vary 75+ claims from the report available each month. How do other groups track this since SP cannot provide the report?

  After switching to the new subscription tiers, I checked into this for the first billing cycle under the new tier and for my solo practice, the count was off by almost 30 claims. When I tried to search for information about how the number of claims is calculated, I couldn't find any guidance at all. I'm very disappointed in Simple Practice and am looking for alternatives.

  Elizabeth - yes their reports don't match the numbers and when we asked for additional information we were given the same information over and over (which did not answer the question or resolve the issue)

  It's also upsetting to see that we are charged for them to submit the same claim multiple times just because the insurance company rejects the claim.  I could understand charging us again if we resubmit after a denial, but a rejection?
