Unacceptable

Simple practice is not keeping my progress notes! They are disappearing and I cannot input back notes ie. a note that is from another time frame. There is no customer service contact in sight and this is totally unacceptable. The platform is not user friendly and this is very serious as providers need a working platform and useable platform AND CUSTOMER SERVICE if we have an issue.
