Hi Samuel,

Yes, you can write off invoices that only include a product. The write off will be entered the same way that it would for an invoice that includes an appointment. Go to the client's Overview page > Billing > click Edit in the box that includes the invoice > add the Write Off amount.

 

Hi Sara, 

The box that includes the invoice does not have an edit link to enter the write-off.

  Hi Samuel,

  I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success Team can look into this and help with adding the write off. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
