updating payment reports after move to direct depositAnswered
I recently moved from paper checks to direct deposit with an insurance. Since then, my payment reports in Simple Practice no longer reflect payments as they did when I was receiving paper checks. What step am I missing? Thank you!
Did you do an ERA enrollment with this insurance company through SimplePractice? Once you have completed this enrollment process, your Payment Reports will appear in your SimplePractice account.
