NPI numbers different for different insurances
In Box 32a, sometimes I need to use my individual NPI and other times its my organizational (depending on which insurance it is). The same goes for Box 33a. I am switching from TherapyNotes where there is a place to override this. Does Simple Practice have something like this? I can't possibly change the NPI every time I want to file a claim. I will never remember which ones need which numbers, and honestly don't have time for that. Anyone have any ideas on this?

I am having the same issue as those stated above. Will you please address it? Eight customers have asked the same question over the last year, and Simple Practice has yet to address this issue. I am very disappointed in your customer service, which could be a deal breaker.
