EDI Enrollment TPID

I am completing the EDI Enrollment for Medicare and am stuck on the last step.  I tried to contact Katelyn @ Eligible, but it seems that the phone number is incorrect.  I need the TPID.  no idea what that it.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks so much.
