I'm in network with Cigna and have a client who has Health Partners of MN. Client called to confirm that I'm in network with her plan. Do I submit claims using Cigna's payer ID or use Health Partners payer ID?

  Hi Caitlin,

  You should use the payer ID that is on the client's insurance card. This will give you the insurance payer that you should submit claims to since this is who the client would have checked with to confirm benefits.
