Does anyone have advice about what a biller needs to do in order to access PHI on Simple Practice in MA?

  Hi Jennifer,

  Billers do not have access to PHI. In order for this team member to have access to client's information, they will need to be added as a clinician and then assigned to the clients that they would like to see PHI for.
