Group practice- allowing for clincian EIN

We have received multiple follow up requests from insurance companies requesting 'more information' of the individual provider's EIN in addtion to the group practice EIN. Can Simple Practice allow this to be added to the superbill statements along with the clinician's NPI as well as the group practice EIN/NPI?

  Hi Shrein,

  In order to have your group EIN and NPI appear on a superbill, go to Settings > Billing and Services where you will then enter both of these. The individual NPI can be added at Settings > My Profile > Clinical. Once the group NPI, group EIN, and Individual NPI have all be entered, they will all automatically be populated onto the superbill.
