New appointment/cancellation email for schedulers
AnsweredOur office manager account didn't get an email notification for a cancelation and reschedule. It only appeared in SP via the browser, after they logged in. Is there a setting to turn on email notifications for Schedulers/billers for new appointment requests?

Currently, in SimplePractice only the clinician who the session is booked with will receive an email that a request has been made. Your Scheduler will be able to see requests for your entire practice in the top right corner of their SimplePractice account.
I recommend that you add this idea to our our Ideas and Suggestions board. Or, you can vote on a similar idea here: Enable the Scheduler Account to get all the appointment confirmation emails.
