I have a support group I am starting in my office, everyone has an SP account. That is how I bill them. I have three ladies who will join online. Should I create a "group x account" and send them the link or can I just send all 3 an appointment link? 

We will have an in-person session and a few join virtually.

  Hi Nazia,

  Yes, you are correct in that you will need to create a "group x account" and send them all the same link. This will require copying the link and then manually sending that link to the other clients which you could do through Secure Messaging since they are all already set up in the Client Portal.
